The white wine grape of Western Georgia. The Tsolikouri grape makes wines that are medium to full-bodied, with soft acidity and notes of melon, apricots, with delicate floral aromas. The wines are unctuous, and often fermented in oak. Tsolikouri is often blended with the lighter-bodied Tsitska, and sometimes Krakhuna. In Tvishi wine, a semi-sweet wine from Racha, Tsolikouri is the single varietal.
