Largely grown in the Kakheti region of Georgia, Khikhvi is a very versatile grape, and produces light, dry, semi-sweet, sweet wines. It is aromatic with wild flower notes and, flavours of ripe yellow plum, peach and apricots. When the wines are made in qvevri you will find notes of dried fruits. Khikhvi is used in single varietal wines and blends.
