Kakhuri Mtsvane is one of six different Mtsvane's grown across Georgia. It's a white grape variety thats name Mtsvane literally means 'green' and Kakhuri means from Kakheti. With delicate peach, citrus and floral aromas it is an aromatic variety. When fermented in qvevri is has aromas of dried apricots and peaches with a dark amber colour.
