This wine is made by female winemaker, Baia Abuladze's blend of two indigenous Imereti grape varieties; Tsitska and Tsolikouri. With notes of wild pear, green apple, apricot and hazelnuts. The wine has a strong yet subtle acidity with a finish is soft with a suggestion of honeycomb.
